If you would like to apply for representation with Mac and Jeal
we are only able to consider artists for representation who meet the following minimum criteria:
-
Artists need to be on Spotlight with recognisable credits
-
A new graduate from a recognised Drama school
-
Appeared in a National tour or West End production.
-
Appeared in a Television or Film production

We promise we look at all applications carefully, and if we feel we can take your application further we will invite you in for a coffee and a chat, however, please be aware that due to the high volume of submissions we receive, we can only reply to suitable applicants.
INTERNSHIP TRAINING PROGRAMME
We run a Talent Management Internship Programme which will give you a full insight into the life of a Talent Manager
To apply we require candidates to be over 21 and must have the following skills:
-Excellent communication: interpersonal, verbal & written
-Confidence in delivering excellent client care
-Enthusiastic & approachable demeanour
-Exceptional time-management skills: ability to multitask & prioritise key tasks
-A confidence & ability to liaise with people at all levels
-A love of the Industry and basic Knowledge
Our internships last for twelve weeks and during this time you will receive a fully comprehensive training programme and work closely with agents and their assistants to gain hands-on experience
You will also get to go to the theatre and see clients working, attend showcases and sit in on meetings. We would love you to decide that it’s the perfect job for you and stay on and join the Mac and Jeal Team
