Sonny has been acting since the age of 10, when he attended Sylvia young Full-Time Theatre School where he was quickly cast in his first professional stage performance playing Jonathon in My Land's Shore working alongside Rebecca Trehearn, Jordan Lee Davies Ryan Gibb and David Hunter.

Sonny has a love of Shakespeare and was awarded the prestigious RADA Shakespeare Platinum Award at the age of just 15! He was also is the first person to ever take and be awarded The LAMDA Shakespeare Examination Level 3
